Rejoicing with Joy Unspeakable

There is so much joy in being a child of God! Sometimes I just feel my heart bursting with joy and the only reason is because I know my Savior and my God. The world may look at me and expect me to be depressed and miserable because of the hard situations I face, but there's joy that the world does not understand that comes from above.

We should live life like we know the ending. In the end, we will be living in Paradise with our King, rejoicing in such great wonder for all eternity! Why live any different? We know how it'll all end! What a beautiful ending!

Our time on Earth is so short compared to eternity. We will be tried and tested, but let us stand faithful. We love our Jesus though we have not yet seen him face to face, but we have experienced his presence in our lives! Such joy flows through our soul knowing we shall soon see him just as he is!

"That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than
of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might
be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing
of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom,
though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with
joy unspeakable and full of glory:"
1 Peter 1:7-8, KJV

Rejoice while you suffer, and that is when the Lord's glory shall be revealed and magnified! I can't wait to see what God does when we need him the most! He never fails to leave me in awe.

"But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's
sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may
be glad also with exceeding joy."
1 Peter 4:13, KJV

Let our joy be full and flowing in our hearts, and let it remain. Remember, we do not live under the circumstances. Remember that through whatever may come!

"These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might
remain in you, and that your joy might be full."
John 15:11, KJV

Bring on the rain, for the Lord is my shelter!

We can rejoice knowing we'll spend eternity with God. As you said, life here on earth is so short compared to eternity. It will be wonderful to live with God.

Thanks for reminding me about rejoicing. I like your last thought about Bring on the rain for the LORD is my shelter. Amen.

Amen... A Beautiful reminder of that unspeakable joy! :) :) When we suffer, His love and support and strength is the strongest... 2Corinthians 12:10 "Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong." When we are weak, then HIS strength shines through our lives if we have faith and depend on Him! :)

    Praise the LORD Charlene!

"We should live life like we know the ending."

That says it all! Rejoicing in times of trail is not easy and if you don't have a genuine relationship with the LORD then it's about impossible to rejoice in the midst of trials but what I have found over the many years of being a Christian is the MORE I experience His love, the deeper I love Him and the deeper I love Him, the more I rejoice in Him and the more that I rejoice in Him the LESS I focus on the trials. Not to suggest the trials are real when they come but when you can hear bad news, experience something very painful and unexpected and still stand in the middle of your kitchen with tears running down and your hands up raised to glory with shouts of Hallelujah God! I love You! I love You all the more regardless of what the enemy tries to do! I belong to YOU!! I belong to YOU!! I'm telling you that it's liberating! not to mention it's a slap in the enemy's face every time we praise the LORD in the midst of our troubles and more importantly it HONORS OUR GOD when we rejoice regardless of the circumstance.

It was a LOT OF YEARS of growth in grace for me to get to that point of not complaining or falling apart when hell rose up against me but ONCE I GOT THE REVELATION there was no turning back and it's been that way for years and we've gone through some serious situations but GOD'S GRACE AND MERCY has kept us always and I rejoice and give GOD ALL THE PRAISE!

I thank you Charlene for your heart for our LORD and your heart to share the truths He lays upon your heart. I also appreciate being able to share with all of you this day.

    Love you and Merry Christmas.

"This is the day the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it"!!!
